Hotel J Green Bay

The price was great, and it is good quality for the value. It's in a nice location, and near a cafe where you can grab coffee or lunch, and a pub to buy drinks. It's got a decent hot tub and pool, with lots of pool towels available. The bed was in good shape, clean, had nice linens and comfy pillows, and the rooms had newer furniture. They have some newer fixtures which were of higher quality. Newer TV and refrigerators, and the heating and cooling worked great. The office area of the room came in handy for work. The room furnishings were somewhat tastefully designed and made it feel higher quality. For a short stay, it's good value. Check in and out was fast and easy. Locks on the door seemed standard and safe.

We went for a quiet rest weekend. So we came specially for the spa tub in our room. It was perfect the staff were nice and friendly. Even tho the hotel was full of people and children, you would think you were the only guests staying, so even the other guests were respectful of the other guests, which can be hard to find these days. The breakfast was amazing. I was not expecting hot items.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and i have never had any issues, my rooms have all been comfortable and everything has always been great, The staff is nice, the pool and spa have been nice. This time i was able to stay in the Tuscan room which was lovely, haven't a nice spa bath with out company lol, I liked that it had a nice size table, I was able to sit and do some work at my computer. There are coffee shops a Mcdonalds, subway and a Bar/ resturant across the street, The bar is a fun place to go if you wanna have a few drinks still and not have to drive!

It was a prime location for the things we wanted and needed to do during our trip to green bay. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good our room was on the first floor and we had the choice where we wanted to be. Easy access to go sit outside and lots of nice seating areas outside was neat to watch the planes land also.

The breakfast was good, but they were out of eggs and milk when we got there. No one was around to get more. When the woman finally came in she was very crabby, not friendly and was not the type of person that should be working in there! The next morning was the same! Another lady had asked her very politely that the waffle mix was out and again she was rude to her as well! No excuse for it! I complain to the front desk.
